Is the test paid?
No — it's a quality filter.
2–4 hours of real work, not a quiz or portfolio review. Pass → full build brief and written agreement within 48h. Fail → specific feedback on exactly why. We respond to every submission without exception.
When is the setup fee paid?
Per client — within 5 days of each build approval.
You earn the setup fee every time deplo8 onboards a new client onto your system. First client is the full build. Each additional client is configuration — same fee, a fraction of the original effort. Bank transfer or PayPal within 5 business days.

How long is the retainer?
3 months minimum, guaranteed in writing.
Written and signed before you start. If deplo8 cannot continue the project for any reason, you receive the full 3-month minimum regardless. After 3 months, the project runs month-to-month with no automatic expiry.

Who manages the client?
We do — entirely.
You never contact the client directly. You work with deplo8 only. We handle all client communication, requirement changes, and the commercial relationship. Your responsibility starts and ends with the system.
